Pack Activities

Cubelos is an activity day for Cub Scouts at Mount Allamuchy Scout Reservation. Scouts will be placed into groups which rotate through various activity stations throughout the camp. Some of these stations can include BB Guns, Archery, Fishing, Sports, Bouldering, and a variety of others. The stations are open from 10am-4pm.

Please pack a lunch to eat during the day. The pack will be providing dinner at the campsite after the activity stations. If you are planning on camping, you will need to bring your own tent. You can drop your gear at our campsite and set up your tent before the activity stations open. Even if you don't want to camp over, you are still welcome to join us after the activity stations for dinner and a campfire!

Items to pack

The 6 Cub Scout Essentials:

• water

• first aid kit

• emergency whistle

• trail food / lunch

• sun protection / sunblock / hat

• flashlight

Remember to keep the weight down in the kids' backpacks. It can get heavy after a while. For example- don't bring a large first aid kit. A ziplock baggie with a few items will be fine. I bring a larger one for the pack but we encourage our Scouts to bring the 6 essentials on all camping or hiking activities.

Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited at all Scouting activities.
